The mission of Dudley Cafe is to provide the Roxbury family with wholesome food, in-house youth empowerment programs, a continued celebration of the arts, along with a creative space encouraging collaboration between locals and neighborhood organizations.
Based out of the newly renovated historic Ferdinand building, a former furniture company, Dudley Cafe is part of Bruce C. Bolling Building in Dudley Square.
Our vision is to create a community that fosters arts, music, and youth empowerment. We believe in investing back and supporting a thriving ecosystem in Roxbury. In addition to supplying our ingredients from local businesses, we are also passionate supporters of youth empowerment. Since opening, we have partnered with Madison Park Technical High School and continue to hire their students for baking and front of the house positions. It is our intention to create opportunities for dedicated students, as well as provide a space for organizations that aim to uplift the residents of Roxbury, MA.
Dudley Cafe is a community hub. In addition to supplying our ingredients from local businesses, we are supporters of youth empowerment in the greater Roxbury area. We work with local youth programs, schools, community organizations, businesses, and more. We provide internship programs & employment resources for neighborhood youth.
